We are a cosy-chilled out country inn and restaurant in the beautiful Ribble Valley in Lancashire; just sneaking in to the impressive Forest Of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are a small team of boringly passionate foodies who are a little fed up with the “same-i-ness” of restaurant offerings and instead offer a simple menu full of gutsy flavours, an old fashioned approach to running a business (i.e. where the owners are present on a day to day basis) and aren’t shy about sharing the bare bones of running a big old country inn…. warts and all…. the fun, the heartache, the laughter, the silliness, the dreads, the days you just want to sell up and go and whittle wood on a remote beach in the south of France etc etc etc… you get my drift…..
